Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back within 10 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product. All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a request for refund or exchange. Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to Sherilyn Designs. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please contact Sherilyn Designs via email at sherideibert@gmail.com. All sales are final on sale merchandise. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days once payment authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following business day. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time: Ground will arrive in 3-7 business days.
